Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order is with USPS, its delivery is beyond our control.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not liable for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States and do not provide international shipping.

Due to air shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship matches or lighters to these locations.

Step 1 : Trim the wick: Before lighting, trim the wick to about ¼ inch to prevent a large flame and soot formation.
Step 2: Allow candles to burn long enough: When lighting your candle for the first time, let it burn for at least 2-3 hours, or until the wax has melted across the entire surface. This prevents "tunneling" and ensures a more even burn on subsequent uses.
Step 3: Snuff the wick: A candle snuffer is a great tool for extinguishing your candle without causing smoke or wick damage. It also helps preserve the integrity of the wick.

Our jars are designed to be reused or repurposed. Once your candle has burned down, simply wash out the remaining wax with warm water and soap. You can use the jar as a decorative container, a plant holder, or even as a storage jar for small items. Alternatively, the jars can be recycled based on your local recycling guidelines.
