Processing Time
Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number so you can easily track your package.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently offer standard shipping within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Standard Shipping: Delivery times typically range from 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Expedited Shipping: Available for faster delivery—please select this option at checkout for priority processing.
For Alaska and Hawaii, please note that shipping may take longer than usual due to the distance, and we are unable to ship matches or lighters to these states due to air shipping restrictions.
International Shipping
At this time, we are only able to ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our reach in the future, so please stay tuned for updates.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the carrier’s website to monitor its progress.
Lost or Stolen Packages
While we take every care in packaging and shipping your order, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order is with the carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to resolve the issue.

RETURNS
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on unused candles in their original condition within 15 days of receiving your order. This includes keeping the original packaging intact, and the candle must be free of any marks, damage, or signs of use.
To begin the return or exchange process, please reach out to our customer service team at help@waxxessentials.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving the item) with photos of the damage, and we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
