SHIPPING & RETURNS
Waxx Essentials candles are hand-poured and created in small increments daily. Therefore, all orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number and expect your order to arrive 3-5 days after the processing period.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of creating hand-crafted goods, we do not provide refunds — all sales are final. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in the event a mistake has been made on our behalf.
Waxx Essentials uses great care while packaging your order. In the unlikely event your package arrives damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours. Please contact email@example.com with an image of the product, your name, and your order number. We will issue a refund or ship a replacement as soon as possible.
As we are a small, one-woman ran business, we are unable to provide a refund in the case of the wrong address entered during checkout. We ask that you double-check your shipping address before completing the checkout process.
If you notice that you entered the incorrect address before your order has shipped, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will correct your shipping address.
If your order was returned due to wrong address, insufficient address, or marked undeliverable by the the USPS address we will invoice you for your order to be re-shipped to the correct address.
